The Cure
Ah hahahaha...if I were a Plains Indian, they would tie me to a rock and pretend to attack me with spears to get me to give birth. Even better, though--if I were a Pilgrim, they would tie me to a large pole and shake the pole to make the baby "fall out." Now, where did I leave my stash of large poles?

Well, it seems the only modern equivalent to the methods of Indians and Pilgrims is Christmas shopping.

I have been to the mall! I went yesterday--on a Friday, a week before Christmas! I thought for sure that would do it. Alas, it seems my child is not one for shopping (this is sad on many levels).
